Government Inter College Jhansi came into existence in 1921 to quench the thirst of imparting quality education.

The foundation of the school was laid by some eminent personalities, who were committed to education. The college was set up with a view of social service. We have both senior and junior divisions of NCC. There is also a division of scouting, All class is smart class, All have Projectors, Internet connectivity is there, Best computer lab is there and also Good library too.

There is a separate kitchen for MDM. Physics, Chemistry and Bio Geography has different labs.
